RESPONSIBILITIES

      Programs  development

Prepare  and  deliver  ATM  operational  trainings  to  customers  in  factory  and  on  site
Provide  internal  advice  on  ATM  operational  aspects  to  other  departments  (Engineering,  Sales  &  Marketing,  etc).
Provide  advice  on  ATM  operational  aspects  to  existing  customers  when  required.
Assist  customers  in  the  definition  of  ATC  system  dataset  and  configuration.
Provide  support  and  operational  input  to  the  V&V  teams  during  program's  testing  phases.
Provide  support  and  operational  input  to  the  System  Engineering  team  during  ECR  writing.

Bid  and  Business  development

Provide  advice  on  ATM  operational  aspects  to  the  bid  team  during  Requests  For  Tenders.
Analyse  Customers  Requirements,  propose  and  negotiate  win  -  win  operational  solutions.
Deliver  ATM  demonstrations  to  prospective  clients  (technical  and  operations  personnel).
Identify  risks  at  operational  level  and  propose  solutions  to  solve  them.

QUALIFICATIONS
Air  Traffic  Management  master's  degree  or  other  relevant  majors
Project  Management  Certification  (PMP  or  Prince2)  desirable

ESSENTIAL  EXPERIENCE
At  least  2  year  experience  in  operational  Air  Traffic  Controller  environment
Excellent  communications  skills  including  written  and  verbal  English  skills.At  least  pass  CET-4.

DESIRABLE    EXPERIENCE
Experience  requirement  management  (Functional  baseline,  specification  writing,  requirements  analysis,  traceability)
Experience  in    international  and  multicultural  teams.            
Experience  in  delivering  technical  trainings.
Experience    in  Linux  systems,  e.g.  Linux  commands  and  scripting
